Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nude Project pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the box. Ensure no old shipping labels are visible on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
